Three decades, in brief

1996 – 2000

1996 CREALOGIX is founded in Switzerland.
1997 Develops the first internet banking application in Switzerland, for Credit Suisse.
2000 Lists on the SIX Swiss stock exchange.

2001 – 2005

2002 Acquires e-learning companies.
2003 Expands the mobile business.
2004 Reaches a leading e-banking position in Switzerland and completes the takeover of its primary competitor.

2006 – 2010

2006 Expands e-banking market leadership with the takeover of the Swiss market leader in offline banking.
2009 Enters the online security business and expands the e-banking offering.

2011 – 2015

2011 Achieves a leading position in Digital Banking and enters the German market.
2012 Expands Digital Financial Advisory solutions.
2014 Opens new offices in London, Vienna and Singapore.
2015 Acquires MBA Systems, an established WealthTech software provider in the UK.

2016 – 2020

2016 Acquires shares in Elaxy BS&S and Elaxy FS&S in Germany.
2018 Acquires Innofis, a FinTech software provider in Spain, and the remaining shares of Elaxy BS&S.
2019 Opens an office in Riyadh and records over CHF 100M in sales for the first time.
2020 Wins a Europe-wide tender for portal solutions for German development banks.

2021 – 2026

2021 Celebrates 25 years in business.
2024 Is acquired by Vencora.
2026 Splits into three specialised Vertical Business Units – Nextra, Digiterra and Axendia.
